    A few notes about this program:

    1. This is not a diet! It’s a lifestyle makeover!  These are not quick fixes but rather long-term maintainable lifestyle changes.
    2. Under eating and over exercising are not the best path to fat loss. I will not tell you to eat less, just a bit differently…because whatever you’re doing probably isn’t working if you’re seeking my help.

    *This program is best done as a 6-month commitment. Pay all six months up front and get $100 off your total. (Package includes: (Two) 50-min coaching sessions/month, unlimited email support, custom handouts, and full set of session notes post session.)  

    ** For clients who would prefer a 3-month commitment (6- sessions total), the program includes all of the above in a condensed period.
