Grocery Store Tour

Expect: Get to know your favorite grocery store inside and out! Don’t have a fave? Let me introduce you to one of mine! Prefer to do your shopping on-line? We’ve got you covered!

A grocery store can be a scary place to navigate with an abundance of choices that can be very overwhelming!  Together we will weed out those seemingly “healthy” choices that make shopping difficult…we will focus on the perimeter of the store and then make our way through the aisles to find healthy snacks and additions to your diet that will keep you satisfied, energized, and motivated to maintain your new and healthy lifestyle!

Online grocery-shopping-made-easy also available!

In-person store tours available in the Westchester area only.
